At present, the first phase of the company's production lεine has been completed and entered the equipment debugging and trial production stage.

At the production workshop of Guizhou Zhixi Technology Co., Ltd. located in the Yin≈gtian Gonggu Industrial Park in Zunyi, workers are intensifyi↔ng equipment debugging, familiarizing themselves with production equip↔ment and processes, and preparing for the upcoming formal production.

"A manual stack production line, membrane carriage production line, and semi-automatic stack asse®mbly production line have been established, and all equipment has entered the operation and co×mmissioning stages respectively," said Lu Meng, Deputy" General Manager of Guizhou Zhixi Technology Co., →Ltd.

Guizhou Zhixi Technology Co., Ltd. is a key project signed in Honghuag✔ang District in 2022, mainly engaged in the research and dev​elopment and industrial production of new energy st≥orage vanadium battery technology. Its products are mainly used in the energy storage field. The ₩CME series perfluorinated ion membrane is one of the core products i÷ndependently developed and produced by the company. The product is prepared using a new proces₩s, which has advantages such as high tensile strength, high conductivity, good chemical propertiεes, and also has a self humidifying effect. After testing, the mechanical strength of perfluorinat×ed ion membranes at the same thickness and size exceeds 80%↑ of traditional imported membranes, making them suitable as solid electrol★yte separators in fuel cells, vanadium batteries, electroly$tic cells, and electrochemical sensors.

Zhang Qing, Deputy General Manager of Technology at Guizhou Zhixi Technology Co., L♥td., introduced, "The company's first wet casting method has been granted invention p↑atents in more than 30 countries, filling the gap in the entire Chinese market. It is applie↕d to all vanadium flow batteries, and independent production can ↓greatly reduce the cost of the entire system or stack, with a decrease of about 3% -5 %. The company's product performance has received high praise from the pub₹lic, providing strong support for the entire vanadium f™low battery, long-term energy storage material supply, and the core industr☆y chain of all fluorine ion membranes."

In addition to perfluorinated ion membranes, the company also produces producφts with core technologies such as vanadium batteries, battery st♠acks, and electrolytes. It has production workshops such as sublimation electrolyte prod<uction plant, vanadium battery R&D center, ion €membrane production workshop, battery stack production workshop, vanadium battery component pro♦duction workshop, and vanadium battery modular system assembly workshop. It has also cooperated± with Zunyi Energy Mining Group, Three Gorges Group, Huadian Group, and Guoαhua Group to obtain some intended orders.

After the company is officially put into operation, it∞ will continue to promote the construction of production lines, strengthen th‍e layout of the industrial chain, rely on its own all vanadium fl★ow battery and high-quality ion membrane production tecβhnology, and fully build the energy storage industry σchain. It will also strengthen cooperation with universiti•es and research institutes to develop core technologies for the industr₩ialization of all vanadium flow batteries with core competitiveness, and promote the high-qua€lity development of the new energy industry.

"In the later stage, the company will also add three fully automatic production lines£ and two film casting machine production lines, striving to deliver £the 300 MW production capacity of Building 6 as soo£n as possible. All equipment in the film workshop will be put into trial operation, with an an♣nual output of 100000 square meters and an annual output value of 300 million yuan. ‌The full load operation of the stack production line can reach 300 megawatt hours and an annual o↕utput value of 750 million yuan," said Lu Meng.
